Symptoms
Actual Behavior
Concatenated barcode format gets scanned in Android application but not working in desktop GUI application
The barcode format suggested in document 2912003.1 is not concatenating in desktop GUI. However it gets scanned properly in android app.
Eg: $P12345@T@Stestn01 when scanned via barcode on mobile app scans properly. However same when simulated through GUI does not concatenate
Expected Behavior
System should scan bar codes in same way in GUI as well as in mobile.
Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Desktop Mobile GUI client.
2. Responsibility 'Whse Mgmt'
3. Navigation to Manufacturing > Assy & Material Txn > Material Txn > Issue
4. Enter Org Code : XX
5. Issue Txn (INC) > Enter Job
6. Simulate bar code scanning using 'Ctrl+\'.
7. See that fields are not populated properly with required values.
