Retrobill Cannot Be Processed Due to Error "Please enter required information - Line Type" (Doc ID 2912138.1)

Symptoms

When trying to create a retrobill order using retrobill organizer in Oracle management,
the process is blocked because of the error "Please enter required information - Line Type".

The retrobill transaction type is assigned to the mixed category.
Expects to default the order line type from this retrobill transaction type.
Default line type and default return line type are assigned to the retrobill transaction type.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. OM Super User Responsibility
2. Orders, Returns -> Retrobilling-> Retrobill Organizer
3. Enter retrobill order
