When attempting to query, Approved Requisitions in the Autocreate form
the following error occurs.

ERROR
FRM-40212 INVALID VALUE FOR FIELD REQUSITION_NUMBER


Steps To Replicate
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Purchasing Responsibility
2. Click on autocreate form
3. Enter the Requisition number in the Search criteria and click on Go
4. The above Error appears, though the requisition in Approved status.
