Contract Note Attributes Not Copied While Renewing A Service Contract

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Notes on Renewed Contracts are missing attribute values.
When renewing service contracts, the notes on an expiring version are copied
on to the new version that is being licensed. There are attributes attached
to the original entered note that are not being copied forward. This was
working earlier and not copying attribute values after upgrade to 12.2.10
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect renewed contract also has associated note attribute values sourced from parent contract note.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to System Administrator Responsibility
2. Query for CRM Foundation Notes Descriptive Flexfield 'Notes additional information'
3. Verify the attribute columns enabled on this Descriptive Flexfield
4. Now navigate to Service Contracts Manager responsibility Query for Contract
5. Go to Notes section , select appropriate Descriptive Flexfield values and save
6. Renew the same contract
7. Now verify the notes Descriptive Flexfield data for the renewed contract , It is actually blank.Note is copied but not the attribute data
