Symptoms

On : 12.2.8 version

After receiving inter-org in-transit shipment the user is getting error below in receiving transaction status form:

ERROR

Lot/Serial validation failed. Please check log for details.
WMSINB-22192:Lot/Serial validation failed. Please check log for details.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Inventory responsibility
2. Transactions - Transaction Statuses form - Review transaction.
3. Review details for Order
  See 2 receipts
  Both have Transaction Type=Receive, Processing Mode=Immediate, Transaction Status=Error
