On : 12.2.11 version, Concurrent Manager Issues

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Cost Management accounting definitions stuck as validating

Concurrent Request - Validate Application Accounting Definitions ran, but Cost Management definitions are stuck as validating.
Unable to create accounting due to this status. 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Validate correctly

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Go to Cost Manager – SLA resp
Submit a “Validate Application Accounting Definitions” request
Parameter “Uncompiled Status Only” = No, “Application” = Cost Manager , “Application Accounting Definition Owner” = Oracle.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot unable to Create Accounting for Cost Management records
