"Change User Attributes Import" program getting failed and not processing records from Interface table (ENG_CHG_USR_ATR_INTERFACE) as they got stuck there with below errors:

 - EGO_EF_MISSING_DATALEVEL
 - NULL
 
ERROR_MESSAGE
 - The Finished Good QPE attribute group is associated with one or more business entities. Provide the missing business entity name
 - Unexpected error in EGO_CHANGE_USER_ATTRS_PUB.Process_Change_User_Attrs_Data: ORA-00936: missing expression


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Populate the records for the Change User Attribute in ENG_CHG_USR_ATR_INTERFACE table
2. Navigate to "Development Manager => Batch Import => Import Change User Attributes"
3. Run "Change User Attributes Import" program for respective DATA_SET_ID
4. Post completion to that will see records will get stuck in "ENG_CHG_USR_ATR_INTERFACE" and "MTL_INTERFACE_ERRORS" tables and no records process in the base table ENG_CHANGES_EXT_B
