Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------------
On providing the user credential the EBS login page loops back to login page again
There are no errors reported on the EBS login screen or in the database alert log.
Password is getting updated successfully using FNDCPASS
Even with the new password login page loops back to login page again
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
On providing the user credentials login page should land on EBS Homepage
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Migrate EBS environment with 19c from on-prem to OCI.
2. Try to login
3. Login page loops back to login page again with no error message
