Unapplied And Unresolved Receipts Register Report is Displaying Fully Applied Zero Dollar Receipts (Doc ID 2912625.1)

Goal

Unapplied and Unresolved Receipts Register appears to not be giving correct data. The Receipts are zero dollar and are fully applied are showing with amounts in the report.

 

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Concurrent Manager > Submit New Request > Unapplied and Unresolved Receipts Register

Run with parameters:
  GL Date From : 01-AUG-2022
  GL Date To : 31-AUG-2022

Receipt is displaying with unapplied amount as -442,569

The receipt is zero dollar and fully applied, the user expects this receipt to not display in the report output.
