Symptoms
It was noticed that the when reviewing on-hand quantity for an item, there are no reservations
but the on-quantity of 1980 does not show as available to transact.
The Supply/Demand form does not show any Supply/Demand for this quantity.
The Reservations form does not shown any reservations.
Expected Behavior
Should be able to use the on-hand quantity of 1980.
Steps
1. Navigate: Inventory > On-hand, Availability > Item Supply/Demand
Query for the item and see no supply/demand.
2. Navigate: Inventory > On-hand, Availability > Reservations
Query for the item and see no reservations.
3. Navigate: Inventory > On-hand, Availability > On-hand Quantity
Query for the item.
Click the "Availability" button and see Total Quantity = 1980, Available to Transact = 0
