Symptoms
In Oracle Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), when users open notifications and press the edit document button, it changes the responsibility to another responsibility in the user's list of responsibilities.
The user expects the responsibility not to be switched after clicking the edit document button.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to CLM Purchasing Respsonbility
2. Create a PO and submit for approval
3. Go to notification summary
4. Open Notification, press the edit document button
5. The responsibility changes to another responsibility in the users list.
