ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

On Contract Documents page, Document Categories are not displayed in alphabetical order. In 12.1.3, this was sorted
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Document category should be sorted in alphabetical order in the List of Values (LOV)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Contracts Workbench User > Contracts
2. Create new contract
3. Go to Contract Document page. Category is not sorted in the LOV
