Default logic for flexfield segment value is not able to view in payments page
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Default logic for flexfield segment value should be available in payments page
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Payable responsibility
2. Payment Manager > Create new PPR
3. After this invoice selection > calculate amounts > Pending payment review page
4. Check the Additional information tab:Open DFF for payments application.
