Symptoms
Transfer to consigned failing when blanket agreement (BPA) is global and created in different operating unit (OU)
Error
SQL Exception in QtyMgr Calling getFinancialInfo :oracle.apps.inv.transaction.utilities.InvTrxException
Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select the consigned inventory
2. Create Miscellaneous issue transaction for this consigned inventory. (Navigation: Inventory -> Transactions -> Miscellaneous Transactions)
3. Check the Material transactions for this record.
4. Run Create Consumption Advise program.
5. It is completed normally.
6. Checked the Consumption Purchase Order.
7. Create Miscellaneous Receipt for the same item and lot. (Navigation: Inventory -> Transactions -> Miscellaneous Transactions)
8. Check the on hand record.
9. Try to perform Transfer to Consigned transaction. Select consumption Transaction id. Try to save it, get the error and cannot save transaction.
