Material Reservations are Not Released when Debrief is Closed

Symptoms
Reservations of items are not getting released even though the material gets debriefed.
This causes incorrect quantities in Trunk Stock management as the inventory does not decrease.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a parts reservation for a service request.
2. Create a material debrief line
3. Complete the debrief
4. The reservation is not released but there is no error message.
