On : 12.1.3 version, Label Printing

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

WIP content labels not getting generated

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
WIP content labels should get generated

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a WIP Batch and release. Issue any ingredients as required.
2. Perform WIP Completion manual in WMS telnet.
3. Check Label Requests History to verify that no LPN labels are printed for above transactions.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, labels are not printing
