Symptoms

On Oracle iSupplier Portal: 12.2.4 version

When submitting ASNs, notifications are not sent to the buyer and the following error notification is sent to the SysAdmin.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. iSupplier Portal Full Access
2. Shipments
3. Shipments Notices
3. Create Advance Shipment Notices ABCD
4. View: Shipments Due Any Time
5. Select Shipment ABCD
6. Add to Shipment Notices
7. Fill in the fields Shipment Number, Expected Receipt, Date, Shipment Date
8. Your Advance Shipment Notice ABCD has been submitted.
