Symptoms
After upgrade to 12.2.11, when the process PRC: Maintain Project Resource process is run with parameter 'Update Existing Resource Information' as 'Yes' or the 'Workflow Background Process' is run for workflow item type 'PA: HR Related Updates Workflow', part time resources' calendars are updated with the default calendar and their part time calendars are marked as non-primary. The upgrade appears to include the fix for bug 29356325: CALENDAR ASSIGNMENT IS NOT UPDATED AFTER CHANGE IN ORGANIZATION.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run the Project Costing (Billing) Super User | Other | Request | Run: 'PRC: Maintain Project Resource' process with the parameter 'Update Existing Resource Information' as 'Yes' for a part time resource.
2. Note the resources' calendar is updated with the default calendar and their part time calendars are marked as non-primary.
