On : 12.2.9 version, G-Invoicing

When attempting to query reqs with expired Period of Performance
the following error occurs.

ID 2309296 for the flexfield segment GT&C does not exist in the value set PO_IGT_GTNC_DOC

STEPS
-----------------------
1. PO Responsibility
2. Req Summary
3. Search for and find Req tied to end-dated GT&C and above error occurs.
