Symptoms
WIP - Oracle Work in Process, Open Interfaces, all releases.
Symptoms: WIP Mass Load concurrent program completes normally but all records remain in pending in the interface table. The concurrent request output shows the following message:
Group ID <group id> No data to be processed.
Steps to reproduce:
- [R] Work in Process
- [N] Discrete > Import Jobs and Schedules (form)
- Enter the Group ID parameter (the group_id of the records from WIP_JOB_SCHEDULE_INTERFACE to be processed)
- Click OK and Submit.
- WIP Mass Load concurrent request completed normally.
- Records are not getting processed but remained in the interface.
