ASO Packages Invalid After Upgrade to R12.2.x

The customer upgraded from 12.2.6 to 12.2.11. The following ASO objects are now invalid:

ASO_ORDER_FEEDBACK_GET_PVT
ASO_ORDER_FEEDBACK_PUB
ASO_ORDER_FEEDBACK_UPDATE_PVT
ASO_ORDER_FEEDBACK_UPDATE_PVT

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade from 12.2.6 to 12.2.11
2. Found ASO invalids objects
3. Recompile invalid objects but they failed with compilation errors.
