Profile "Mask Tax Payer id and Tax Registration" value set to 'Mask All Digits' is not working (Doc ID 2914040.1)

Tax Payer Id is not getting masked in Customer Page, even if profile option "Mask Tax Payer id and Tax Registration Number" is set to 'Mask All Digits'

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: System Administrator
: Profile System

1. Set profile option 'Mask Tax Payer id and Tax Registration Number' to 'Mask All Digits'

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
: Customers > Customers

1. Query Customer > Click on Customer > Profile tab
2. Under 'Tax and Financial Information' you will see 'Taxpayer ID' or 'Tax Registration Num' are not Masked
