Incorrect UOM And Negative Onhand Quantity Shown During Mobile Subinventory Transfer

Symptoms
When performing a subinventory transfer via Mobile, the first item works as expected. However without leaving the form, if a second item is entered, it gets the Unit of Measure (UOM) from the first item and both the on-hand and available quantities show -99,999.
Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the mobile Sub Transfer page
2. Enter the details for a first item and save-all is well
3. Enter the details for a second item.
See the UOM is from the first item and the on-hand and available quantities show -99,999.
