When a sample is manually created the lot Expiration Date is populated.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Lot expiration date to be populated on sample created from event oracle.apps.gmi.inventory.created

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Quality Manager
2. Set up the workflow event oracle.apps.gmi.inventory.created (note: Getting the OPM Quality QM Workflows working - using the event oracle.apps.gml.po.receipt.created as an example (Doc ID 337345.1) can assist with this set up.)
3. Create PO and receipt in Purchasing. A sample for the receipt will be created automatically by the  event oracle.apps.gmi.inventory.created
4. In Quality Manager > Item Samples - check sample and verify expiration date of the lot is not displayed.
