Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to find the form functions under custom responsibility for one user.
When switching to another responsibility and coming back to same responsibility the functions are not showing
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to be able to access custom menus from custom responsibility
Steps:
1.Login to EBS
2.Switch to responsibility having the issue and form functions are missing
