Symptoms
On : 12.2.6 version, MICC Transfer to TSC
Find after created a custom wrapper package to call standard API MTL_RELATED_ITEMS_PUB.Process_Rel_Item to update Item relationship date.
Post Successful update, When trying to update the date in Oracle form, the following error message is then encountered: "FRM-40654: Record has been update. Requery block to see change.".
From the UI, the relationship date via Product Data Hub/PIM screen is easily updated without error. The issue happens only with the Oracle form Item Relationship.

Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Call standard d API MTL_RELATED_ITEMS_PUB.Process_Rel_Item to update Item relationship date.
2. Then when updating date specifically in the Oracle form error occurs.
