"Attribute RecCalcPeriodId In RecAgrmntAM RecPeriodLineVO Is Required" Error During Calculation for the First Time for New Period of Recovery Agreement (Doc ID 2914384.1)

During calculation for the first time for new period of recovery agreement, the following error is received on Recovery Agreements html page:
"Attribute RecCalcPeriodId in RecAgrmntAM RecPeriodLineVO is required".

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. (N)Property Manager responsibility > Others > Request > Run Extract Expenses from GL

2. Go to Recovery Agreements page > Query the Recovery Agreement > Press on the Calculate All (button)

3. Error "Attribute RecCalcPeriodId in RecAgrmntAM RecPeriodLineVO is required" is displayed on page.
