Symptoms

While approving Intercompany batch the below error page is getting displayed:

"You have encountered an unexpected error, Please contact system administrator for assistance".

Exception Details.
oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01403: no data found
ORA-06512: at "APPS.FUN_RECIPIENT_WF", line 1941
ORA-06512: at line 1


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Intercompany Superuser -> Query for an inbound transaction -> Approve

From WFSTAT, can see the following :
AME_CONTACT_ERROR_NTF #EXCEPTION WFENG_NOTIFICATION_PERFORMER 3120: Activity 'FUNRMAIN/266017' has no performer.
Wf_Engine_Util.Notification_Send(FUNRMAIN, 2168413_41809910***, 266017, FUNRMAIN:AME_ERROR_MESSAGE)
Wf_Engine_Util.Notification(FUNRMAIN, 2168413_41809910***, 266017, RUN)
