Using MOD 10 Algorithm In OTM Misses The Last MOD (Doc ID 2914443.1)

Symptoms

Mod10 algorithm is the standard algorithm that carriers use to generate PRO numbers.
In a certain scenario, one should get a Check Digit of '0'. Instead, one gets '10' which is not correct.

The Check digit will be a single-digit number.
