Symptoms

When attempting to check the assets on the project, the following error occurs.

In the Projects form -> Assets , Navigating through Assets using Down and Up arrow throw an error.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go in Project responsibility
2. Project, Templates Summary
3. Query a capitalization project
4. Go in Asset Information Section
5. Assets
6. No changes done
7. The error message appears "APP-PA-19451: This asset has beedn capitalized. You may not update this field."
