Viewing the Output and Log Files From a Submitted Concurrent Request Shows a Blank Page in the Browser (Doc ID 2914718.1)

On : 12.2.4 version, Print styles, drivers, types, pdf, postscript, any not PASTA related

Concurrent output and logs show blank screen instead of the normal web page in the browser.

Installed Patch 32931976.

All of the concurrent request output and logs are now coming up as blank screens.  FTP output has to be manually moved from the server to the users.

Steps To Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.  Log into System Administrator responsibility -> Request -> Run.

2.  Submit the Active Users Report.

3.  When the report completes successfully click on either the View Output or View Log button.

4.  It shows a blank page.


 Installed Patch 32931976 in environment. But the install was not successful.
