ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Transaction is successful against On Hand Status that Disallows Transaction
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Forms transaction should throw error as does mobile for example: Invalid Status
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Establish disallowed transactions for Material Status
2) Attempt Account Alias in mobile and get error
3) Attempt Account Alias in forms and transaction succeeds.
