ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After applying the patch 33514380, Compose email page returns a blank screen
for the email Center, instead of the normal screen with the added Rick Text Button.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

 Email center Compose email page should not be blank.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to (R) Email Center Agent Console > Email Center Agent Console > Messages > Inbox.
2. Click on Compose New Message button.

1. Navigate to (R) Service > Universal Work Queue.
2. Click on SR number displayed for the Service Request Node results.
3. It opens the SR in Service Request form.
4. Click on Email icon of the contact.
