Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Work Order Definition
When attempting to Create Discrete Job in Discrete Job form ,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

ORA-01403: no data found
--------------------------------------------------------------
FRM-40735: POST-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-12096.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Work In Process responsibility
2. Discrete > Discrete Job > Create Discrete > Enter details , Assembly , Start > Save > Error message
