While saving the depot repair order,the Logistics lines are not created.

ERROR

The creation of default logistics line(s) failed. Please enter the requisite lines(s) manually in the Logistics tab.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Logged into depot repair responsibility
2. Navigate to depot repair service request form
3. Entered Item and customer details and save depot repair SR got created
4. Under service order form entered Item and save it RO got created
5. Logistics lines got failed.
