Customer Form : Unable to Add Currency on Customer Profile Amounts, Select Button Is Not Doing Anything and the Page Is Stuck

Symptoms
After upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.10, for few users, when trying to add a currency for a customer under Profile Amounts tab in Customer Form, the currency is being shown, try to select it but when click on Select button, nothing happens.
1. Query a customer > Go to Accounts > click on Details 2. Click on Profile Amounts tab > Try to Add a Currency > Select one of the listed currencies > Click Select button
