Symptoms

Problem Description

Receiving an error in Hand Shake2 file when trying to create a Modification for Realignment of funds.
However, this mod was a realignment of funds for one ACRN between CLINS. It was a net 0.00 change, so there was not an insufficient funds issue

For the same MOD , Hand Shake3 file is working without error.

Funds to Use 55514.57 from Requisition HC10902100022236, Line 0001, Distribution 1 is greater than funds remaining

STEPS
-------------------
1. Login to the E-Business Suite and choose the CLM Module.
2. Create a Mod to realign funds for one ACRN between CLINS
3. Handshake2 file is showing error
