Custiomer Merge Fails with error CRM_MERGE.CUSTOMER_PRODUCTS_MERGE : 004- :ORA-01422 (Doc ID 2915453.1)

When attempting to run customer merge program
the following error occurs.

MSG-00001: 32 orig1 orig2 orig3 : 155736308<>6165528<>6304843
MSG-00001: CRM_MERGE.CUSTOMER_PRODUCTS_MERGE : 004- : ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows  
MSG-00001: ARP_CMERGE_MASTER.merge_crm_products : ORA-01086: savepoint 'start_merge_product' never established in this session or is invalid
ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows
MSG-00100: merge_products errored out
MSG-00100: Database error
MSG-00100: Oracle Error : User-Defined Exception
MSG-00100: Database error
MSG-00100: Oracle  Error : User-Defined Exception

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to Apps.
2. Navigate to (R) Receivables > Others > Request > Submit New Request.
3. Run Customer Merge
4. See the errors coming from CSI API
