Oracle Process Manufacturing Process Execution - Version 12.2 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Purpose
Transactions for OPM batches sometimes get stuck in either the Transaction Interface table, mtl_transactions_interface (MTI) or the Pending Transactions table, mtl_material_transactions_temp (MMTT). So far, no one has been able to find a pattern as to when this occurs or how to reproduce it, which makes it difficult to find the root cause and fix the issue. This note provides two triggers from Development which customers can apply to capture some data when this occurs, as well as instructions for generating debug information about the stuck transactions.
