Personalization changes are not working for Mobile Shipments Page

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect that personalization changes work for Mobile Shipments Page

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.    Select the responsibility -> Warehouse Manager
2.    Set Profile MWA: Cache Personalized Metadata to No
3.    Set Profile MWA: Enable Personalization to Yes
4.    Navigate to Warehouse Manager -> Setup -> MWA Personalization Framework
5.    Search Function "INV_MOB_REQ_RCPT" for  Mobile Shipment Receipt
6.    Personalize some fields. For example, INV.DOC_NUMBER as GB Ship Num
7.    Navigate to Whse Mgmt -> Inbound -> Receive -> Int Ship
8.    Personalization change is not reflected correctly
