Unable To Create Contacts From the Advanced Collections Header (Doc ID 2915623.1)

Symptoms

Users are unable to create contacts when navigating to the customer form from the Collections Agent header (Last Name field '...').  This functionality worked prior to upgrading to 12.2.9.

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Collections Agent
Navigation
: Collections

  1. After querying a customer, click on the on the '...' next to the 'Last' (Name) field, to open the Communication tab in the AR Customer form.
  2. In that form, there is no option to create a new contact.
