Find a purchase order is not associated to the line 3.1..2 which is in AWAITING_RECEIPT status
On the Sales Order, line 3.1..2 is in flow status AWAITING_RECEIPT,
yet it does not show a purchase order associated. However, it appears that
this line is associated to a Requisition number, but that requisition has already been closed.
Request a data fix to delete the drop ship data for the associated sales order external line
and re-initiate the purchase release activity so that it will process once requisition is created.
