Unit Selling price is showing blank for configured items in Pricing and Availability form

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to see Unit Selling Price

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as order management responsibility
2. >Orders, Returns >Pricing and Availability
3. Enter
Item: <item name>
Qty: <quantity>
UOM: <uom>
Request Date: <request date>
4. Select 'Price and Availability'
