Goal

How to update the value / number of Future Periods in Financials Options form as the field is frozen and protected from updating?   For example, the value is '1', but would like to update this to '12'.

Steps to Verify

  1. Sign on with a Payables Responsibility
  2. Navigate: Setup->Options->Financials
  3. Select the 'Accounting' tab
  4. Note the 'Future Periods' field cannot be updated
