Symptoms

Order management standard sales order fails to book with error.

ERROR
"Workflow activity Book has failed due to an unexpected error. Please retry the activity from the Order Form or the Workflow Monitory. If it fails again, then contact your System Administrator".

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Order Management Super User
2. Navigate: Orders, Returns -> Sales Orders
3. Attempt to book order
4. Receive error
