Symptoms


When attempting to apply Patch 27429118:R12.OIE.C, the following errors occur at different stages.

From the AD Worker Log:


Evaluating symbolic arguments for worker 1
  FAILED: file apcrdreg.ldt on worker 1 for product ap username APPS.

Time is: Mon Nov 28 2022 17:19:46

  FAILED: file apexpreg.ldt on worker 2 for product ap username APPS.

FNDLOAD APPS/***** 0 Y UPLOAD @FND:patch/115/import/afdict.lct @SQLAP:patch/115/import/US/apexpreg.ldt -

Calling FNDLOAD function.

Returned from FNDLOAD function.

Error calling FNDLOAD function.

 

Later during the Patch application, this error may also occur:

  2. Review AD Worker log files for the above noted errors
