When attempting to complete a credit Memo in Latin Americas operating unit,
the following error occurs on Forms.

Following error can be seen on application:

FRM-40735: WHEN-BUTTON-PRESSED trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04062. 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Receivables, Americas responsibility -> Transaction -> Transaction
2. Enter the details for Credit Memo and try to complete it.
3. Credit Memo is still incomplete and error can be seen in Forms footer.
