Deduction Report is Running Slowly (Doc ID 2916542.1)

Symptoms

The Deduction Report concurrent process is having poor performance. The Run Balance Architecture Diagnostic Report has been run and also ran Generate Run Balances process. There are no invalid balances but it is observed in the Run Balance Architecture Diagnostic Report that there are some balances with 'Valid from' dates in the future.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
From US HRMs Manager responsibility:

  1. Navigate to Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request
  2. Run Deductions Report
