Symptoms

When navigating to Projects > Procurement, the Home tab (Dashboard) shows Error Page

You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact your System Administrator for assistance.

Steps to Reproduce
----------------------

  1. Log into a Projects Self Service responsibility
  2. Navigate to Search
  3. Enter Project Number
  4. Click on Project
  5. Click Procurement tab
  6. Encounter error.
