Customer Form: Classification Personalization Not Working In Customer Update Account Page (Doc ID 2916713.1)

Symptoms

Personalization in Customer Update Account Page - /oracle/apps/ar/cusstd/acctoview/webui/AcctOviewPG is not working, whereas the same personalization is working in Customer Create Account Page- /oracle/apps/ar/cusstd/creact/webui/CreaAcctPG. When changing the value of classification, context value is not getting updated as per personalization defined.


Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation
: Customers > Open create/maintain customers page

  1. Click on create account details button.
  2. Select a value from classification LOV
  3. Context value needs to be changed as per personalization setup.
